Not Harry-centric but it does help if you have read the books.
Part II: We Know It’s Never Simple, Never Easy

Summary: Set beginning six years after the end of Fairytales Don’t Always Have a Happy Ending. Hermione and Ginny's relationship as adults is tested because of an extremely unexpected surprise from Hermione, tensions involving their pasts, and the dangers that go along with Ginny's career.
Part III: …And the World Stood Still
Pairing: Ginny/Hermione, Harry/Luna, Ron/OC, other canons.
Rating: NC-17 for violence, dark themes, adult themes.
Summary: Conclusion of the trilogy. Picks up immediately after We Know It's Never Simple, Never Easy. Old enemies threaten to tear everything apart; Hermione and Ginny not only fight to keep their relationship alive but each other as well.
Untitled Project 1

Summary: Set a few years post-Deathly Hallows (epilogue disregarded). Ginny and Harry's marriage falls apart, though it was never really whole to begin with. Ginny finds exactly what she's been looking for all along in her best friend, Hermione. However, a shocking surprise to everyone threatens Ginny's new-found happiness and the roller coaster that ensues tests not only their feelings for one another but their personal strength as well.
